His expertise in hybrid and public clouds has made him a sought-after speaker, sharing insights at events for leading companies such as BT, Embratel/Telmex and Oi.
In addition, Paulo Pichini brings cutting-edge technology to unexplored territories. Since 2003, he has transformed his 4x4 vehicle in the Rally dos Sertões into an icon of innovation, demonstrating the robustness and versatility of technology in extreme conditions.
Murilo Serrano
COO
Murilo Serrano, Go2neXt’s Chief Operating Officer, is a key figure in providing high-end IT services to the corporate market. Co-founder of Connect, a landmark IT company in the 1990s, Serrano played a significant role in the company’s transition to Getronics in 2000.
His career is marked by leadership and business development in diverse areas, such as digital media, fuels and real estate. In 2011, he distinguished himself by founding Go2neXt, a pioneer in customized cloud IT services in Brazil.
With a degree in Computer Science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Serrano also holds an MBA from the USP School of Administration, obtained in 2001.
Marcos Santos

Marcos Santos, Infrastructure Services Director at Go2neXt, has over 21 years of experience in the ICT market.
With a focus on manageable infrastructures to ensure the performance and continuity of clients' businesses, he has implemented more than 500 structured cabling and infrastructure projects.
An expert in areas such as Structured Cabling, CCTV and electrical and civil infrastructure, Santos, who holds a degree in Information Technology Engineering, had notable stints at Connect Systems Integrator, Getronics and Cynett, acquired by Go2neXt in 2011.
Ricardo Otero
Infrastructure Architect Manager
Ricardo Otero, director of infrastructure architecture at Go2neXt, understands that a robust IT and Communications base is essential for the effectiveness of cloud computing.
With over 20 years of experience, Otero focuses on ensuring stability, security and high performance in IT infrastructures.
Previously at Cynett, which was integrated by Go2neXt in 2011, he has contributed significantly to attracting new customers and serving important accounts, reinforcing the company's leadership in advanced infrastructure solutions.
Vinicius Simoni
Operations Director
Vinicius de Simoni, with 18 years of experience in ICT, is the technical operations manager at Go2neXt. With a degree in Computer Science from Universidade Paulista, he is known for his constant professional development, holding ITIL, VMWare and Microsoft certifications.
Simoni leads innovative projects both in the national and international markets, with an emphasis on project design and implementation. Since joining Go2neXt in 2011, she has led more than 50 projects in Brazil and participated in global initiatives with companies such as FusionStorm in the US and Basf in Germany.
Fluent in English, Simoni is also a Table Football enthusiast, being an award-winning player in this category.
Waldir Gregorut
Administrative/Financial Manager
Waldir Gregorut, Go2neXt’s Financial Administrative Manager, has a diverse career spanning the financial, pharmaceutical and construction sectors since 1972. Specializing in IT since 1994, he excelled at Connect and Getronics before joining Go2neXt in 2011.
With over two decades of experience, Gregorut is a strategic contributor to the Go2neXt Board.
With a degree in Business Administration from Unicapital, he has in-depth knowledge of IT services and building effective OPEX proposals.
